"Still the Same" is a classic song by Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band. From the 1978 album Stranger in Town. It hit #4 on the U.S.Billboard Hot 100 song and went on to be an instant classic.
This is one of those rock songs with a piano part that really speaks for itself. So satisfying to play and surprisingly not that difficult!
The lyrics describe a gamble who the singer admired but who has to walk away from him because he won’t change. I always thought this was about a woman, but it’s actually about a gambler!
